Devising new training manuals

I've just upgraded the machinery for my factory, so now we have to get everyone trained on the right way to use the new machines. When I bought them, the manufacturer said that they came with training manuals - but these manuals don't fit with my company's usual communication style. I'm getting in some specialist training consultants to help rewrite the training manuals more clearly, run training sessions and make sure all of the operators can pass competency assessments. It will be good to get some expert help to make sure that we all know the best way to operate.
